Microneedling with EXO I E plant based exosomes

PRP with microneedling = full skin rejuvenation! This procedure isolates growth factors within platelet-rich plasma, which are then microneedled into the skin, stimulating collagen production, and minimizing fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. 
 
The first 20 minutes of the appointment is numbing the treatment areas with a topical cream, allowing the procedure to be virtually painless!

Microneedling is a procedure that uses short and fine sterilized needles to prick the skin, creating micro channels (or surface level punctures) in a cross-hatch formation. The resulting pinpricks are microscopic in size.

EXO I E, a skin revitalizing complex perfectly formulated with a set of active naturally occurring plant stem cell secretory factors: liposomes, growth factors, and anti-inflammatory factors. Per application, there are over 2,000 factors, which leads to targeted results and desired outcomes. 

After applying a topical numbing cream to make the procedure virtually painless, we'll use a microneedling pen to provide full skin rejuvenation, stimulating collagen production and minimizing fine lines, wrinkles, and scars.

Kelsey Hawkins

Kelsey is the founder and co-owner of The Aesthetic Collective. She was born and raised in Southern California where she grew up in a small mountain town, surrounded by good people and the beautiful outdoors. She pursued her passion for sports and was accepted to Olivet Nazarene University outside of Chicago, Il, where she played for their Women’s Soccer program (Go Tigers!).

After graduating with her BSN, she began working at Northwestern Medicine in their Coronary Care Unit in downtown Chicago. She married her college sweetheart and new jobs & opportunities brought them to Greenville, SC in 2014. In 2018 she graduated from USC School of Medicine with a Masters in Nurse Anesthesia and has worked as a CRNA since then. 
 
Since starting this business in 2021, Kelsey has used her years of experience in healthcare coupled with her warm personality and love of uplifting others to cultivate an unparalleled experience for her clients. She is a lifelong learner who loves helping others look and feel their best with cutting edge aesthetic techniques.

Cori Lamm

Cori graduated Summa Cum Laude from WVU in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and again in 2011 with a BSN. She then worked as an RN in the ICU for three years, gaining valuable experience and expertise in patient care.

In 2017, Cori earned her Doctorate in Management Practice of Nurse Anesthesia from Marshall University. She moved to Greenville after graduate school and fell in love with the south. Her dedication to education and advancing her knowledge didn't stop there, and in 2021, she received additional training in aesthetics through Beautiphi Academy, along with multiple post-certificate private trainings.

Cori is the founder and co-owner of The Aesthetic Collective, where she is passionate about providing her patients with the highest quality of care. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels comfortable and confident throughout their aesthetic journey, and she is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Elizabeth Chandler Rackley

Chandler is ecstatic to be joining Afterglow Aesthetics! Having been born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, she is now proud to call Greenville home where she resides with her wonderful husband and precious 2-year-old daughter.

Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude from The College of Charleston Honors College in 2014, she went on to earn her Masters in Public Health from MUSC and then her Physician Assistant degree from North Greenville University. Chandler began her PA career in Internal Medicine, where she loved forming long-term relationships with her patients. She is passionate about providing her patients with the highest quality of care.

Chandler is excited to help her patients achieve their desired aesthetic results while highlighting their natural beauty and helping them feel confident in their own skin! She can’t wait to meet you!

Addie is the first one to warmly greet you at The Aesthetic Collective and is phenomenal at creating a welcoming and organized environment for our clients and team. Addie is passionate about being a vital part of the client experience. She goes above and beyond to make herself available and builds lasting relationships with each of our clients. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors. Addie has found a love for aesthetics and plans to pursue a career as an aesthetician in the future.

Alex grew up in St. Louis, Mo. and attended the University of Kansas for undergraduate degree before earning her BSN from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and her MSN from Maryville University. Her healthcare background includes labor and delivery, sclerotherapy, operating room experience, functional medicine, and OBGYN. Alex has lived in Greenville with her husband since 2016, and now has two boys, Logan (5) and Clark (2). She is thrilled to meet and work with all of our wonderful clients!

Whitney is originally from the Washington, DC area but has called Greenville, SC home now for 10 years. Whitney completed her doctorate at MUSC as nurse practitioner and has been practicing as an inpatient internal medicine hospitalists for the last eight years. She excited to join the Aesthetic Collective and help you to feel beautiful in your own skin! When she’s not practicing medicine you can find her spending time with her two kiddos and hubby, running, and traveling.

Emily is a licensed aesthetician and graduated with honors from Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology. She is native to the upstate and loves all that Greenville has to offer. 

She has been working in the industry for nearly 3 years and provides exceptional services and gives the utmost care to each client.
